Refund Eligibility
Refunds are eligible only for requests where no action has been taken by the processing team. Once the process is initiated, no refunds will be processed.
Refund Process
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for booking. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed.
Additional Charges
Any additional charges incurred during the process (e.g., employer fees) will be communicated to the customer and must be paid separately.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel a verification or evaluation and request a refund, please contact our customer support team at helpdesk@prematrimonialverification.com. Provide your request details and reason for cancellation.
Exceptions
In cases where the verification or evaluation cannot be completed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., issuer unavailability), no refund would be processed.
